Job description
American Traveler is hiring a CT/Rad Tech Dual Modality for a night shift contract requiring ARRT(R)(CT) certification and at least 1 year of experience.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of core experience required, with most recent experience within the last year
BLS and ARRT(R)(CT) required for CT/Dual Modality role
License required if applicable
Active license and primary source verification required for all states of licensure or national certification
Last 4 of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration
Minimum 1 professional reference dated within one year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN
Responsibilities
46-bed Trauma IV designated teaching hospital with Chest Pain and Stroke Center designations
CT Scan department serving a variety of diagnoses across ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas
10-hour night shifts from , 40 hours per week on a 4-week schedule cycle
Weekend rotation and call requirements vary and will be discussed during interview
No floating required
EMR: EPIC
Department equipment includes Siemens and GE
Work supported by nursing and transport teams
Orientation includes online NEO courses plus 3-5 days of departmental orientation depending on modality
Travelers will work 75% of holidays
RTO subject to manager approval
Black scrubs required
Free parking provided
High-volume department with a team-based, patient-centered care culture
First-time travelers will be considered
Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
Returning employees must be separated from any AHSE facility for at least 1 year after working a permanent position
