Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Tehachapi, California.

Description
Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment, producing cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs and tissue that are used to diagnose medical conditions. Performs a variety of imaging procedures not limited to CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.

Requirements
Fluoroscopy license in state of employment: Required in CA, if employee operates fluoroscopy equipment
Advanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA
Venipuncture certification: Required in CA, if employees performs venipuncture to administer contrast materials
Current nursing license per the state of assignment
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
At least two years recent experience in field
Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA
Current BLS certification
Slate Healthcare Job ID #fdd5793e- a-b85c-bc6fbdb1e868. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
