Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing computed tomography scans, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnostics, and providing exceptional patient care throughout the imaging process.
Responsibilities
Perform CT scans efficiently while adhering to best practices and protocols.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
Maintain and operate imaging equipment, conducting routine quality control checks.
Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to discuss imaging findings and contribute to patient diagnosis.
Document and maintain accurate patient records and scan results.
Compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to radiological practices.
Assist in teaching and training staff and students as needed.
Qualifications
Active certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
DCI/BVP certification is preferred.
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality patient care.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability to work night shifts including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
