Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Sarasota, Florida.

Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) CVOR RN Sarasota, Florida
A Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures is needed to support Open Heart cases, including TAVR procedures and additional chest/thoracic work. The role requires readiness to cover holiday, weekend, and on-call needs with a 30-minute response expectation. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.
Job Details
Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, 40.0 hours per week minimum
Required Qualifications: Active Florida license required at time of submission; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required; Cardiovascular Operating Room experience with Open Heart case support in a 500+ bed count facility (minimum 2 years specialty experience stated); prior travel experience required; ability to fulfill holiday, weekend, and on-call requirements with a 30-minute response time
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) preferred
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: Supports Open Heart cases, including TAVR procedures, completion of dissection, and chest/thoracic cases
Travel: Travel assignment required; prior travel is required
