Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in San Francisco, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Dialysis Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Dialysis Unit position providing specialized care to patients receiving hemodialysis. The role requires prior hemodialysis experience and familiarity with EPIC. The schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts totaling 36 hours per week. Job Details Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of hemodialysis experience; experience with EPIC required. Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Assignment Dates: 11/09/2026 through 02/05/2027.
