Job description
Pavilion Healthcare is seeking a Travel Director of Nursing (DON) to support skilled nursing facilities in the Dayton and Columbus areas. This role involves moving between facilities, mentoring and training facility DONs and nursing staff to maintain strong clinical operations across the group.
We require active RN licensure in Ohio and prior DON experience in SNF/LTC settings, plus willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed.
