RN ER | Location: Mount Pleasant, WI Assignment Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room at a Level 4 Trauma and stroke-ready facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of patient types, including trauma, post-surgical, and pediatric emergencies, and should possess strong skills in airway management, cardiac drips, and CVA/STEMI management.

Responsibilities Manage a patient ratio of 1:4
Provide care to post-surgical, CVA, sepsis, pneumonia, trauma, and other patients
Collaborate with ED techs, LPNs, and other healthcare staff
Perform and maintain competency in airway management and cardiac drips
Participate in weekend rotations and holiday expectations
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 18 months of experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC
Required Skills: Airway management, RSI knowledge, cardiac drips, codes, CVA, and STEMI management
