Registered Nurse (RN)
Position Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our emergency department. This role will be a backfill position, focusing on providing exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule The position requires availability for night shifts, specifically from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Location This opportunity is available in the city of Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities Assessing and managing patient care in a high-stress environment.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Documenting patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
Responding to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
Qualifications Must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency department setting.
Valid nursing license in the state of Texas.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
