n Qualifications
nRequired Skills:
n Minimum 1 year of current Emergency Department RN experience
BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC certifications
n nPreferred Skills:
n Experience in traveling or working at large facilities
Familiarity with Meditech
Experience in a 52-bed ER or larger
Strong understanding of patient experience
n Typical Procedures
n IV starts
Medication administration
Sedations
Pediatrics care
n Personality Fit
nThe ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced emergency room environment and demonstrate a quick capacity to adapt and learn. We value diversity and seek individuals who can effectively balance the dynamics of a youthful team.
Unit Guidelines
nAll staff members are expected to scan both their patients and medications consistently.

nWe prioritize experience gained in large facilities, emphasizing the importance of years in practice and proficiency with Meditech, while also assessing attributes relevant to a fast-paced workflow.
