Job Summary
nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires night shift availability and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in an emergency department setting.
Responsibilities
n Collect relevant data related to the patient’s health or situation.
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
Develop and implement care plans that prescribe interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
Coordinate care delivery and promote a safe healing environment.
Evaluate patient progress towards achieving outcomes and adjust plans as necessary.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.
Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and team members.
Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
n Qualifications
n Minimum of 2 years of recent emergency department experience; 3 years preferred.
EPIC experience is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required.
