We are looking for a dedicated RN to be a part of our exceptional ER team.nn**Job Description:**nn- **Position**: ER Registered Nurse (RN)n- **Schedule**: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AMn- **Unit Details**:n - 101 beds in the ERn - Patient ratios typically at 4:1, up to 7:1 on behavioral holdsn - Supported by devoted techs and unit clerks, available 24/7n- **Equipment**:n - Utilize state-of-the-art Baxter pumps and GE monitorsn- **Documentation**:n - Efficiently manage patient records using Cernern- **Requirements**:n - ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications must be obtained before your starting daten - ENPC certification within 90 days of hiren- **Experience Needed**:n - Minimum of 2 years as a nurse, with at least 1 year in an ER settingn - Preference for candidates with experience in Level 2 trauma centers or high-volume EDs (over 100,000 visits)n- **Must-Have Skills**:n - Teamwork mentality with the ability to coach and provide real-time feedbackn - Flexibility to work across all areas within the EDn- **Patient-Centric Approach**:n - Adhere to AIDET principles and ensure respectful behavior for an enhanced patient experiencen - Keep patient boards updated for clear communication during visitsn- **Additional Info**:n - Known for a supportive team environment and a commitment to serving a multi-cultural community, representing over 120 languagesnn**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
