**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team!**nn**Job Description:**nn- **Unit Information:**n - **Location:** Pasadena, Texasn - **Unit Type:** Emergency Department n - **Number of Beds:** 30 n - **Number of Staff:** 49 FTE, 6 PRN, 2 Leadership n - **Staff Breakdown:** n - Day Shift: CNC-1, 7-10 RNs based on volume forecast, 2 PCT/EMT, 1 US n - Night Shift: CNC-1, 7-10 RNs based on volume forecast, 1 PCT/EMT, 1 US nn- **Patient Care:**n - **Patient Ratios:** 1:5 (acuity dependent) n - **Equipment:** Advanced monitors, defibrillators, ultrasound, EKG machines n - **EMR:** Meditech (transitioning to Expanse on 8/13/26) nn- **Qualifications:**n - **Must-Have Skills:** n - Advanced critical thinking and clinical skills n - Extensive experience with trauma, STEMI, Stroke, and Sepsis n - **Preferred Skills:** n - Experience in adult and pediatric ED n - Certifications aligned with HCA Nurse Contract and Pool nn- **Typical Procedures:**n - Thoracotomy n - Arterial lines and MTP nn- **Personality Fit:**n - Flexible n - Accountable n - Responsible n - Great team player nn- **Required Certifications:** n - ENPC n - TNCC n - ACLS n - PALS n - BLS n - CPI with TIC n - (NRP and STABLE is a plus) nn- **Additional Information:**n - **Floating Areas:** Two Free Standing ED if needed n - **Dress Code:** Royal Blue scrubs, adhering to Dress Code Policy n - **Weekends and On Call:** Alternate weekends nn**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
