ED Call-Out Policy: If a traveler unexpectedly calls out of a shift (non-emergency), they are expected to make up the missed shift to fulfill their weekly guaranteed hours. Habitual call outs, and abuse of SSH's attendance policy is subject to immediate contract termination.
