Registered Nurse (RN)
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. This position is vital for providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Location The position is based in Century Farms, located in the state of Tennessee.
Responsibilities Assess and triage patients effectively to determine healthcare needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
Monitor patients' conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
Qualifications Must possess a valid state nursing license (RN).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department or similar acute care setting.
Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Work Schedule This position requires availability to work night shifts, specifically from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
