Travel RN Job Details Position: Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Employment Type: 13-week travel nursing contract Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910–$2,010 Location: Geneva, Ohio Start Date: December 13, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks, ending March 13, 2027 Schedule: 36 hours per week Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM Work Arrangement: On-site emergency department Emergency Room RN Job Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 1 year of professional nursing experience, preferably in an emergency department or other acute-care setting Recent experience providing patient care in a fast-paced emergency services environment Ability to work scheduled 12-hour night shifts and provide safe, effective nursing care throughout the assignment Completion of required clinical competency, skills, health, and professional onboarding documentation Strong patient assessment, triage, prioritization, communication, and teamwork skills Emergency Department RN Responsibilities Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and presenting conditions Provide timely emergency nursing care to patients experiencing illness, injury, and other emergent needs Monitor patient conditions, identify changes promptly, and escalate concerns to the appropriate provider Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with orders, policies, and professional standards Perform nursing procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuity of care Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, technicians, and other members of the emergency care team Educate patients and families while maintaining a calm, compassionate, and professional approach Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and compliance with emergency department standards Apply now to join this emergency care team and advance your travel nursing career in Geneva, Ohio.
