o Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 3-4 RN, 2-3 techs
o Night Shift - none
· Patient Ratios – 1:4
· Type of equipment – ERBE intraop
· EMR -Meditech expanse

· Endoscopy experience

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· RN, ACLS

Dress Code :
· Scrub Color/Attire - provided or own. No color assignments
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Weekends and On call(if any)
· 1 weekend a month, approximately 1 night/wk except weekends assigned call
