Job description
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel Med Surg Charge Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing assignment in San Antonio, Texas. This role leads clinical care in a busy medical-surgical unit, coordinating patient flow and supporting a multidisciplinary team.
The assignment runs 13 weeks, with a 36-hour week on 12-hour day shifts, starting around mid-October 2026. Required qualifications include TNCC, ENPC or PALS, ACLS, BLS, CPI, and at least one year as a Charge Nurse with emergency/trauma
