Job description

Cross Country Nurses in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED to deliver emergency care in a community hospital setting.

This 13-week assignment features 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and a start date of 11/02/2026, with orientation and support from ER techs and trauma team.

Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI or MOAB, and NIHSS, plus at least 2 years of ED experience.
