Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a dynamic healthcare environment. This position will involve working in both Med-Surg and ER settings on a 7 on 7 off block schedule, with shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role requires a commitment to deliver high-quality patient care while managing an average of 5 patients with the support of another RN.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Med-Surg and ER departments.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, updating care plans as necessary.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Additional Information This position includes every other weekend, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. In addition, a designated room is available within the facility for nurses to stay at no additional cost during their shifts.
