Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Rotating, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 19, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 2 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ER/MedSurg position requiring a compact or IA RN license and ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Details Work in the ER/MedSurg unit of an acute care hospital Uses MEDITECH EMR charting system Day/Night rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts 36 guaranteed hours per week Every 3rd weekend rotation required Holiday rotation required Requirements Active RN license (Iowa or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS Minimum 2 years of RN experience required BSN not required for this position Additional Information Provide emergency and med-surg nursing care within an acute care setting Holiday coverage required as part of rotation schedule American Traveler Job ID P- .
