Job description
Upstate Family Health Care Inc. is seeking a Travel Primary Care Physician on a 1099 contract basis in Utica, NY. The role covers comprehensive primary care services, with responsibilities across the life span and collaboration with the medical team.
Compensation is $145-$165 per hour, with 80 hours biweekly (roughly 2080 hours/year) and mileage and lodging reimbursement available. Additional incentives may apply. Requires NY medical license, Board Certification, and DEA registration.
