Loyal Source is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for full-time positions in Arizona. The role includes 36-48 hour weeks with day, night, and weekend shifts, and involves direct patient care, medical histories, and follow-up care per SOP.
Requires NP licensure, 1 year in primary care or emergency settings, BLS, and a Tier 4 clearance. We offer housing and a weekly traveler stipend in addition to a $70/hour plus $4.93 fringe pay.
