Assignment Overview
nJoin a dynamic Float Pool team as a Med Surg RN in Sheboygan, WI. This role requires adaptability and a strong background in Med Surg nursing with at least 2 years of experience. Ideal candidates should be comfortable with floating across various units and providing care for a diverse range of patients.

n Facility Type: Hospital
Shift Details: 3x12 Nights, 18:45-07:15

Floating Required: Yes, within hospital to Med Surg units
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay Package: $2268 (negotiable)
Charting System: EPIC
Orientation: One full shift for login and paperwork, additional orientation on the unit
n Responsibilities
n Provide comprehensive care to Med Surg patients
Float to various units such as Oncology, Ortho/Neuro, and Cardiac as needed
Manage diverse patient conditions including COPD, CHF, and post-surgical care
Utilize skills in IV management, chest tubes, and cardiac monitoring
n Qualifications
Required:
n Active RN License
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Experience with EPIC EMR
Competence in titrating drips such as Cardizem and amiodarone

PEL/VIP Job ID # . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
