Job description
OptumCare is seeking a Traveling Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our corporate care team as a 0.75 FTE. This role delivers primary care across multiple sites with licensure in required states and travel covered by the employer.
You will provide wellness exams, acute care for minor illnesses, chronic disease management, and behavioral health support while collaborating with a medical assistant. Travel is required and accommodations are provided.
