This position involves travel among four Skilled Nursing Facility locations and home-based palliative care. Applicants should be Geriatricians or IM/FM trained Physicians with experience in geriatrics and/or hospital medicine. The role offers a salary range of $320,040 – $330,000, plus potential incentives and a competitive benefits package.
