Description
American Traveler is hiring a GI Lab RN for an outpatient day-shift assignment requiring pre-op and PACU procedure experience.
Details
Outpatient GI Lab setting
Monday through Friday day shift, 7:30am to 4:00pm
No weekends and no call requirements
Floating to other units or campuses may be required based on census needs, limited to qualified competencies
Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
Active RN license (SC or Compact)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of procedure, pre-op, and PACU experience preferred
At least 1 year of recent experience in a similar unit
Minimum 1 year of experience with Epic EMR required
Prior travel nursing experience preferred
Additional Information
Provides pre and post-procedure care for GI Lab patients
Orientation held every Monday with annual compliance training required
Pre-assignment testing and required modules must be completed within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
Reimbursement available for up to 16 hours of completed training modules
Candidates must live more than 100 miles from any Prisma Health facility to be eligible, with reduced eligibility considered between 90-99.9 miles
