Job description
Aya Healthcare in San Diego is seeking a Recruiter to develop relationships with travel healthcare professionals and connect them with short-term assignments. This hybrid role requires working on-site in our San Diego office at least 3 days per week.
You will proactively contact candidates, educate them on the benefits of travel careers, and build a strong network through referrals and outreach. The role offers a competitive base salary plus commissions and a supportive, growth-focused culture.
