Job description
Aya Healthcare in San Diego is seeking a Travel Healthcare Recruiter to identify and recruit qualified professionals for short-term assignments. This role requires a hybrid schedule with on-site presence at least 3 days per week.
You will proactively contact candidates, educate them on the benefits of travel careers, build lasting relationships, generate leads through multiple channels, and strive to meet recruiting goals with exceptional service.
