THEMA Health Services is seeking a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Home Health assignment in Phoenix, Arizona . Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity rehabilitation, therapeutic activities, and functional mobility.
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, home safety, and energy conservation techniques.
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Complete timely documentation while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
