Allied Health License for CA or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: Current CA OT License, BLS, Drivers License, Auto ins, Auto Reg, TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual), Drug screen, Physical
