Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Travel Contract Oakland,California Rapid Response Crisis | Quick Start ⏰ 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday Setting: Home Health ✅ Position Highlights Prioritize Start of Care (SOC) visits. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants. Complete next-day reporting for SOC visits. Submit clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit. Maintain timely communication with the clinical supervisor, intake team, and office.
