Job description
Role:
Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting, assessing patients' needs and developing treatment plans to improve their functional independence. Deliver therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adapt interventions accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant experience in home health. Strong assessment skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with home-based care protocols is preferred.
Key Duties:
Conduct patient evaluations, implement therapy interventions, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Additional Details:
This is a travel position requiring 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts. Compensation includes a tax-free stipend, based on standard hours. Ideal candidates are adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering quality care in diverse home environments.
