Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Greenville, Alabama. The role covers 40 hours per week with 8-hour days, performing initial and ongoing PT assessments, and developing individualized plans of care across home visits.
You will collaborate with RNs, OTs, SLPs, and physicians, document per Medicare/OASIS-E, and travel between patient homes. SHC offers comprehensive benefits and a 13-week contract in a travel setting.
