Job description
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel Home Health contract in Lewistown, Montana. This 13-week assignment offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and the autonomy of delivering therapy in patients’ homes while collaborating with a dedicated Home Health team.
You will evaluate clients in their home environment, develop individualized plans of care, and guide gait, balance, strength and safety training toward greater independence.
