Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Manning, South Carolina. The role involves 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, days shift, for 13 weeks, traveling between patient homes to deliver PT services.
The successful candidate will hold an active PT license in the assignment state, current BLS, and at least 1 year of home health experience, with proficiency in PT evaluations, OASIS-E, and EMRs such as Homecare Homebase, NetSmart, or Epic.
