Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Wilmington, Ohio. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings across the area. Required: active PT license in the state, BLS, 1+ year home health experience, and familiarity with EMRs such as Homecare Homebase, NetSmart, or Epic.
