Job description

American Traveler in Gearhart, Oregon is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment. You will cover a caseload of up to 6 patients per day in a 1:1 model, with day shifts and no weekends.

Starting Oct 19, 2026, there is a 40-hour workweek and travel between sites is required. Candidates need at least 1 year of skilled home health, BLS, Oasis documentation experience, and a compact state license.
