Core Medical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Katy, Texas.

Shift Details
8 hours a day and 32-34 patients a week.
Weekly guarantee: 40 hours.
Holiday and OT: will not get or work holidays or weekends unless approved prior to time/visit.
Start date: ASAP.
Contact: 13 weeks.
Required exp: 2 years Home Health experience (excludes private duty).
Specific region: Northwest (Spring, Jersey Village, Katy above I-10), SW (Missouri City, Sugarland, Katy below I-10), SE areas (Texas City, La Port, Pearland).
Quantity: 3 PT and 3 PTA, (1 PT and 1 PTA in each region)(this is a starting number).
Qualifications & Considerations
2+ years Home Health experience.
