Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week Home Health assignment serving patients throughout the Tucson metro area. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, guaranteed hours, and the chance to provide one-on-one care that helps patients regain independence in their own homes.
You’ll manage your own daily schedule while working with a supportive clinical team to deliver high-quality home health services across the greater Tucson area.

Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive home health evaluations and reassessments
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence
Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, and general medical conditions
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
Complete timely documentation using Netsmart EMR
Travel throughout the assigned coverage area while managing an efficient daily schedule
