1 year of recent experience
Active Physical Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
Medlivo Therapy Job ID # . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
