Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Eufaula, Alabama.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
Current CPR certification required.
Must have a valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable access to a personal vehicle for patient visits in a home health setting.
Home health experience preferred.
Experience evaluating functional status, developing plans of care, and delivering skilled PT interventions preferred.

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
