You must have a Pennsylvania license, home health experience, and Start of Care experience. You will visit 5 to 6 clients daily and document using Homecare Home Base. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.72 per mile.nYour responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized care plans, implementing skilled interventions, monitoring progress, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
