Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Presque Isle, Maine.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Minimum 1 year of experience required
ME state license
Driver's license, car, and auto insurance
Experience with adult patient populations including post-ortho surgeries, post-surgical cases, fall risks, deconditioning, and mobility issues
Assignment Details
Shift Hours:
Shift Days: Monday-Friday
Weekend rotation: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, Saturday and Sunday
Holiday requirement: 50% of holidays during the assignment
Coverage area includes Aroostook County
Travel required between patient locations, up to 50-100 miles per day
Orientation provided
