Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Dover, Delaware: Begin your assignment in Dover, DE and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. You will evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, provide individualized therapy, educate patients and caregivers, and document care using electronic systems. Expect to visit 5 to 6 patients daily and collaborate with healthcare professionals1.
