Job description
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Needham Heights, Massachusetts. This 13-week contract provides 40 hours per week across an 8-hour shift with travel between patient homes.
Required are an active PT license in the assignment state, BLS certification, and 1+ year of home health experience. EMR experience and knowledge of OASIS-E are needed to coordinate care and document per Medicare guidelines.
