Description
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with OASIS experience and 2+ years of experience for a 13-week home health assignment.
Details
Home health and hospice setting with outpatient care
Travel between patient homes for scheduled visits
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with holiday coverage as needed
Uses HealthWyse EMR system
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Current, active state license required
Home health, hospice, and OASIS experience required
Experience traveling between patient homes for visits required
Ability to manage and adjust to schedule changes required
License required if applicable
Additional Information
Facility conducts its own background check as part of the hiring process
