Job description
AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a Washington, DC assignment. You will assess patients in their homes, develop treatment plans, and educate families on safety and home exercise programs while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires DC licensure, at least one year in home care, and proficiency with OASIS E and HCHB/POINTCARE. 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours/week and bundled benefits.
