Job description
Seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a home health position in a scenic small town in Oregon.
Responsibilities Include
Evaluating and treating clients in their homes
Developing and implementing personalized care plans
Documenting patient progress and collaborating with healthcare teams
Adapting care to meet individual needs and working independently
Qualifications
Current Oregon PT license or PT license eligible for compact
Experience in home health and outpatient therapy
Key Details
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
No weekends or on-call required
Assignment duration: 13 weeks
