Job description
Role:
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions in a home health setting. Ensure quality patient care, adhere to scheduling and productivity standards, and document using EMR systems. Provide services primarily during weekdays, with approximately 30-50 miles of travel daily.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by the APTA. Active State License required; BLS certification may be necessary.
Skills & Key Duties:
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication, and time management. Maintain compliance with facility policies and contribute to patient recovery goals.
