Job description
Role:
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in Home Health and Hospice.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting, ensuring patient care quality and adherence to clinical standards.
Qualifications:
Active PT license (California or compact eligible), at least two years of recent Home Health/Hospice experience, and current BLS certification.
Key Duties:
Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services during 8-hour daytime shifts.
